CloudFest Village

Every community needs a village, and CloudFest needed more space, so we’re building it! Here you will find the Server Throwing Arena, and Street Food Festival, as well as the WebPros Cloud Pavilion: a 1,000sqm stage, cafe, swag shot, and exhibition area where you supercharge your brain, power up your partnerships, and put your creativity into overdrive.

This is also the location for the main Registration and Information Desk.

Street Food Festival

We hope you like food trucks, because we’re bringing quite a few of them to Europa-Park! This is the tastiest traffic jam ever: you’ll find a variety of cuisine options. Located close to the Cloud Fair exhibition hall, this is perfect for partners who want a quick and delightful bite during a busy day. This one is pay-as-you-go.

New Spaces, New Floorplan

There’s more CloudFest this year, geographically speaking. Not only are we using spaces we’ve never used before (Hello, Server Throwing Arena!), but we’re also changing the overall floorplan to make the best use of what we have.

With around 10,000 attendees expected this year, every square meter counts! So if it’s your first Cloudfest or your 20th, you will definitely want to use the event app for wayfinding—and you can always ask our friendly and sharply-dressed event team!

WP [Business & Agency] Summit

Web agencies, CSPs, web hosters, IT leaders will connect with the commercial open-source ecosystem for an ROI-focused business growth summit that can only happen at CloudFest. This is free for all registered attendees.

CODING COMPETITION

Capture the Flag

The ultimate eSport for hackers comes to CloudFest as we host our own Capture the Flag (CTF) tournament. If you want to show off your ethical hacking skills—or prove that you can play with the big kids—then this is for you. CTF takes place alongside a set of technical security sessions in our new HackerSpace venue.

Vineyard Lounge at the Dome

As you explore the Dome at the main CloudFest venue, you’ll find an indoor-outdoor lounge featuring regional wines, available to all attendees. There’s plenty of beer at this festival, so let’s mix it up a bit—grab a seat, raise a glass, and relax for some classy networking. (Pro tip: extending your little finger as you sip makes you look 11% more cultured.)
